A low pressure trough and frontal system will pass through Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest later today and early Sunday. This system will bring a few clouds to our area and there could be a light showers near the Oregon Border. Skies will be clear Sunday. Temperatures today and Sunday will be a little cooler but still above normal. Gusty north winds will move into the area this evening and continue through Sunday.
Monday through Wednesday high pressure will be back over the west coast. Skies will be sunny and daytime temperatures will be 5 to 10 degrees above normal. Winds will be light.
Thursday afternoon and Friday another low pressure area will pass through the Pacific Northwest (see map below). This system will bring some clouds to the area with a few showers mainly over the mountains. Temperatures will cool to slightly below normal by Friday. Locally gusty south winds will precede this system.
Saturday through Monday high pressure is back over the west and we will see more sunny skies....above normal temperatures and gusty north winds.
