A low pressure trough is moving through the Pacific Northwest. The southern end of this system is bringing a few light showers to the mountains of Northern California. Snow levels are around 6000 feet. The showers will end by this evening.
High pressure will be over our area Thursday through the weekend. Skies will be clear and temperatures will be above normal. Gusty north winds will occur Thursday and Friday with light winds on the weekend.
Monday another low pressure trough moves through the Pacific Northwest (see map below). This system will also bring a few light mountain showers to the north state. After this system passes high pressure will rebuild over our area.
