This blog will be issued every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday morning and updated if the weather is changing or critical or interesting weather events are occurring.

The north winds have pretty much stopped.  A high pressure ridge is back over the west and off the west coast.  Not much change is expected through the weekend.  Skies will be clear.  Daytime temperatures will be 12 to 16 degrees above normal and winds will be light.

The high will weaken a little late Monday and Tuesday (see map below).  There could be a few clouds Tuesday and Wednesday from a frontal system passing by to our north.

The longer range models show a cooler windier pattern by Nov. 7th with a wetter pattern by the 10th.
