This blog will be issued every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday morning and updated if the weather is changing or critical or interesting weather events are occurring

Partly to mostly sunny today with near normal temperatures and light wind.  Tuesday through the weekend we will be under a weather pattern like the one shown on the map below.  The jetstream will run across the Pacific and enter the coast just north of our area.  Fast moving frontal systems will ride along the jetstream and as they move through will bring clouds and light rain or showers.  The first system will move through late Tuesday and early Wednesday.  Snow levels will be 4000 to 5000 feet.  There will be a brief break and then another frontal system Thursday and Friday.   Snow remain 4000 to 5000 feet.

At this time it looks like the weekend will be partly cloudy with a isolated showers possible Saturday morning.
