Ref question in comments about next 30 days.  Wet next few days.   A couple of weak frontal systems first half of April then dry last week of the month.

A low pressure trough is now along the coast and as the map below shows will hold there through early Thursday. This trough will send frontal systems and bands of showers across Northern California today through early Thursday.  Snow levels will be 4000 to 5000 feet.   Gusty south winds will occur in some areas today and Wednesday.

Friday high pressure will rebuild over the west and the weekend looks sunny with mild temperatures.
