This blog will be issued every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday morning and updated if the weather is changing or critical or interesting weather events are occurring.
The high pressure ridge that is along and over the west coast continues to weaken as low pressure troughs move over it and then pop back up after the trough is to the east. I wish I had better news but there is isn't any indication that this pattern will change through the first week of January.
Partly sunny with a few high clouds today through early Saturday with above normal daytime temperatures and light winds. We will see a few clouds late Saturday and early Sunday as a low pressure trough passes by to the north. There could be a light sprinkle near the Oregon border.
Monday through most of next week back to a few high clouds and above normal daytime temperatures.
